Natalie Shaw is an avid podcast listener and we were excited when she agreed to share some of her own knowledge and experiences from the financial sector and how we can apply them to our property businesses.

As we grow our businesses, we become more aware of risks and the potential ramifications of those risks on our portfolios. Most take a quick mental calculation of the risk and some mitigation strategy, sometimes accepting the risk is tolerable, but, it is important to develop a solid strategy on how to actually recognise the potential risks and what we can do about them.
