Rev. Thomas Bowen is the Director of both the Mayor’s Office of Religious Affairs and the Mayor’s Office on African American Affairs, and the Earl L. Harrison Minister of Social Justice at the historic Shiloh Baptist Church in northwest DC, where he has served as a member of the ministerial team in various capacities for over 20 years.
A graduate of Morehouse College and The Divinity School at the University of Chicago, Rev. Bowen resides in the Trinidad neighborhood of DC.
