Today, she stands as an industry leader in digital retail, having spearheaded digital strategies for the renowned Walser Automotive Group. Recently, she accepted the esteemed position of Marketing Director at the prestigious DeMontrond Auto Group in Houston, Texas. Ashley's unparalleled dedication and innovative thinking earned her recognition in Automotive News' 2022 40 Under 40 Class for her exemplary work on Walser's digital initiatives.

During her tenure at Walser, she served on the board of Women of Walser, where she was also the Vice President. Currently, she serves on the Executive Board for WOCAN (Women of Color Automotive Network), championing the need for diversity and bridging connections among women of color in the industry.
