This podcast is the beginning of a special Add-on edition. Meaning, I follow up with the past guest to see what new life chapters were created in their life since the last recording. This episode is not just an Add-on edition but also the beginning of Vol. 2. You probably ask yourself, wait a minute, what was Vol.1? From 2018 and 2019, I started to record 24 Life books with my guests, which is now Vol.1. After a creative break till 2020, I decided to create Vol.2 a summary of the recordings in 2020/2021. Therefore this recording is the beginning of Vol2. Our last recording was back in July 2018 on episode 15 with her Lifebook title “In Search of Words” and as we will soon hear, a lot has changed in Malavika’s life. In our 2018 episode, we narrowed down three chapters: 1 Finding Words 2 Listening to Stories 3 Telling Stories In this Podcast Add-on, she decided to choose “Empower others to tell their Stories.” as her 4th chapter title. This new chapter is about hiking solo in the Himalayas, work-life balance, loving and laughing. But also about closing a past unforgettable chapter of hers as a Radio presenter and being now a “strong female lead” as a managing director of The Hive. It is a space for almost anything for young kids Grade 1- 8 in speech & drama and communication skills training. As she highlights on her website, a place to create, rehearse, perform, exhibit, to jam, learn, entertain, meet, or watch. I have to add this episode was recorded online, with small audio interruptions but overall a great recording. A way we all have to adjust in this pandemic times. Nevertheless, she brings energy into the room as always with positivity energy, openminded, and a curious mindset. In her own words, she mentioned three phrases that must define her current chapter in life. 1. Finding balance 2. Empowering and empathizing and 3.
