In the Business Discovery Process, there are three areas of discovery. There are your behaviors, which we call the DISC, how you do what you do. There are the values, which are the why, the motivators, the priorities and there are the attributes, meaning what you will do, you need to discover your strengths and your blind spots in these three areas, and then align them with the mission, vision, values and purpose of the company and that's when you know you have an aligned organization.
