If they do or don't make new year's resolutions, what are some tips and tricks they've found to setting them, and how they've successfully reached any goals they've set. Resolutions at the core are not bad, they are goals to set, but sometimes people set too many or high expectations that are unattainable, resulting in failure. They also talk about some of the statistics and EJ mentioned the 'Golden Circle' theory by Simon Sinek about knowing your why for doing things.
