In this concise debrief, I unpack a Quantum Clarity Soul Journey session with “Helen,” an awakening light-worker born in South Africa and living in the Netherlands. Guided by the Higher Self, three pivotal life scenes surfaced—early exposure to violence, a boundary-violating incident in adolescence, and a recent end-of-life goodbye—each reframed with clear lessons: recognize shadow, reclaim power, and surrender what cannot be controlled.

We then moved into direct dialogue with the Higher Self to address 15 practical questions on career, relationships, and purpose. The work included ego-state integration (soul retrieval), release of co-dependency imprints, energetic disentanglement from family patterns, and solar plexus clearing. A brief home-world memory reconnected Inaya with her non-Earth identity and calm, telepathic origin—fuel for her next chapter of service.
