An event to help better players train, compete and get better from top coaches. Coach Caliendo after working with Coach Derhak decided he is so good he needs to be on the podcast.

Born in the USA Alex played UNC Charlotte.

Played 5 years Independent Professional Baseball.

6 winter ball years in Australia playing baseball. 1 year in the ABL pro league.

20 seasons in 13 years as a paid player.

Australia Player/Manager.

Managed Drazi, Germany U21 for 2 years.

Bonn Germany Bundesliga.

U23 Czech National Team Coach.

Just hired National Team Coach Senior Czech Team.

The Bonn Capitals is starting off the offseason with a new head coach. 37-year-old US-American Alex Derhak is taking over at the helm in Bonn. The former catcher and first baseman is receiving a three-year contract with the Capitals. He is coming from Brno, where he worked as assistant coach since retiring as active player in 2014. Bradley Roper-Hubbert ended his career with the Caps following the German final series. After winning 40 consecutive games during regular season and the postseason Bonn went on to beat the Buchbinder Legionaere Regensburg and Heidenheim Heidekoepfe en route to their first championship in team history.
