At 47 years young I can train just (nearly) as hard as in my 20s? How? Cause I made the conscious choices to not get injured in the gym. Does this mean I may have missed some PRs? Sure. But at 47 (and a half I might add), I'm still setting new PRs and feeling amazing doing it, while still traveling the world, snowboarding, kayaking, snorkeling , doing Muay Thai, BJJ, weight training, and so much more.
