It also includes analysis of the election results in Cyprus where Nicos Anastasiades’ DISY and other pro-solution parties only just scraped a majority of votes. It also features an update from Israel where Yair Lapid and Naftali Bennett have agreed to form a government that will oust Benjamin Netanyahu as Prime Minister. 2 years to the day from the election which resulted in Mette Frederiksen forming a government in Denmark, Sam and Chern take a look at the two main party blocs and some of the issues at play. The red bloc has been in government since 2019 and the blue bloc continues to fluctuate with Venstre beginning to slip back behind the Conservatives.
