Mike: Provide my employees with health benefits, Set up a structured salary and positions within the company, pull myself out of the day to day, build a larger building, expand the staff and focus on Youtube content.

Dan: I don’t make goals. But I want to grow the etsy shop and focus a little more into flat pack and breakdown furniture, bring on a full time employee, and perhaps expanding into a new space somewhere.

Pete: Grow the business more, Structure my days as if its a full time job, Incorporate Emma into the business more, start the work on the shop on the property, lean into YouTube, hot 5000 subs and replace my income.
