Have you ever wondered what are the benefits of a body scan meditation? In today's episode Natasha shares a short body scan meditation to help you explore how to relax with meditation. This short relaxing meditation can help you discover how to feel a connected to yourself and practice self-compassion and kindness. Natasha guides you through learning a technique to help you experience how to get your body and mind to relax. This 10 minute body scan meditation can be practiced with your eyes lowered (a soft gaze) or fully closed. If you would like to get extra cosy, grab a blanket and pillow and make yourself comfortable. You can put on an eye mask or fold a small face cloth to cover your eyes to block out any light. Please do not participate in this during activities that require your full attention, such as while driving.
