I got diagnosed with bipolar disorder 7 years ago, I also was agoraphobic and I also had a really bad drug addiction. I have created this podcast so that I can share my true life stories from being severely depressed to totally manic and battling with a drug addiction. I got sectioned in mental health hospitals all around the south east of the UK. I have alot to share and I just want to help as many people as I can..you are not alone!
