In 2016, Jenny spearheaded the marketing for Tony Giarratana's 1818 Church development, which set the record for Nashville's fastest lease-up. Just a year later, she became Giarratana's Chief Marketing Officer and led the lease-up of 505, Tennessee's tallest residential tower where she and the team set jaw-dropping price-per-square-foot records in the market for apartments and condominiums. Currently, Jenny is leading the marketing charge for three more Giarratana towers changing the Nashville skyline, including 1010, which at 60 stories will be the tallest building in the state.…
