Yale's response has been influenced by federal scrutiny. In 2023, Hamas was emboldened by the weak foreign policy of the Biden administration, which released billions of dollars in frozen assets to the Iranian regime, directly funding Hamas in the Israel-Gaza war. The Trump administration signals a stark foreign policy shift; the U.S. has returned to a policy of intolerance for terrorism and Islamism. All of Hamas’ key funding channels have been disrupted: Israel has cut off aid that Hamas would sell to their starving population, Trump has cut off UNRWA funding and reimposed a maximum pressure campaign against the Iranian regime, which has significantly cut money flow to Gaza. But we need to remember this was never a war Hamas could win. Hamas was always the weaker actor surviving on the pressure of an international anti-Israel campaign. Hamas going bankrupt is downstream of strong foreign policy. Despite the reality that Hamas and Iran are financially diminished, neither entity should be underestimated. As the U.S. presses for a resolution favorable to Israel and Hamas weakens due to financial constraints, the West should not forget Hamas is not just an organization but an ideology— the latter of which will take a lot more than defunding to eliminate. It is the economic grievances and disenfranchised Gazan youth that will pose the most significant difficulty in a long-term solution to this war.…

During the First World War, approximately 1.2 million Armenian Christians were killed in a genocide carried out by the Ottoman Turks. Motivated by fears of Armenian involvement in the war and using the chaos as cover, the Ottomans pursued an ethno-nationalist and ideological agenda. This ethno-religious conflict continues today between the modern nation-states of Azerbaijan (backed by Turkey) and Armenia, who have fought for decades over disputed territories. The most recent instance of ethnic cleansing culminated in 2022 with a nine-month blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh, forcing indigenous Armenians to flee under Azerbaijan’s brutal campaign—which included the destruction of Christian sites, the killing of Armenians, and the desecration of Christian cemeteries. Jackie Abramian joins Dominique to discuss Christian persecution in the Middle East and Africa. Senator Van Hollen, what about the hostages in Gaza? 21:28

The media campaign to make a verified MS-13 gang member a martyr, reimaging him as an innocent "Maryland father" wrongly identified and sent to a maximum-security prison in El Salvador, highlights the moral depravity of the Left. Back in 2012, Kilmar Ábrego García entered the United States illegally. In 2019, he was identified as a member of MS-13 by an anti-gang squad. While the media is painting the Trump administration as the chief villain in this manufactured saga, both an immigration judge and an appellate immigration judge agreed to his deportation. The Trump administration has made it clear: if you are a foreign student on Columbia's campus organizing rallies in the name of Hamas, or if you pose a threat to U.S. security as a member of MS-13, you forfeit the privilege of living in America. This concept has been lost on the political Left, who not only disagree with this common-sense policy but have also manufactured outrage for these violent offenders and radical ideologies. So, what did Sen. Van Hollen have to say about the hostages in Gaza? Back in 2023, he did condemn the atrocities of October 7th, but subsequently adopted language similar to the Biden Administration, which pushed for a ceasefire (something Hamas proved incapable of upholding). In an interview in March of 2024 on Face the Nation, he insisted that claims UNRWA has ties to Hamas are unfounded lies. Despite evidence to support the contrary, his claim did not age well. In October of 2024, 9 UNRWA employees were fired for participating in the October 7th massacre.…

A controversial planned Muslim community on 400+ acres outside of Dallas, Texas, has led the way to a legal battle with Gov. Abbott declaring Sharia communities are not allowed in Texas. The news of the planned community comes at a critical time in the West, with European countries like the U.K. and Sweden failing to maintain a monopoly on violence in Sharia "no-go zones" and unable to squash the rise in extremist terrorism. How ‘Christ Is King’ Became Antisemitic 46:23

The debate of "Christ is King" has divided the Right, distracting many from the more nefarious anti-Jewish ambitions of antagonistic conservative influencers. "Christ is King" is to the Woke Right what "BLM" is to the Woke Left, a widely accepted statement which, on the surface, is a truth that distracts from the more radical underpinnings of the movements they represent. When Jesus was crucified, above his head, the Romans placed a sign reading, "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews" (John 19:21 ). As Christians, we accept the theological validity of this statement, much like Christ is King, but the motive of the Romans was not to validate who Christ said He was, but to mock Him. In the same way, "Christ is King" has surged in popularity since the state of Israel's war in Gaza-- the motive in declaring this statement is not a declaration of faith but a condemnation of the Jews, Israel, and Zionists. Influencers such as Candace Owens, whose anti-Zionism has paralleled her conversion to Catholicism, display a deep hate for the Jews that is deeply flawed and seems to reveal her new theological worldview. The cowardice of hiding behind a true theological statement such as "Christ is King" to then also infer that God has replaced the Jewish people and His covenant with the Church is something all Christians should outwardly condemn. Candace's appeal to a victim narrative has garnered her sympathy and followers who are outraged by the idea that Jews have created a carefully crafted campaign to silence Christians. "Christ is King" as a movement can be placed within the larger context of Candace's channel and recent anti-Jewish conspiracies, which have rewritten history to place the Jews at the center of every war and catastrophe as the evil antagonist.…

Exposing the Radicalism of the "Free Palestine" Agenda in the West 23:21

The detainment of Mahmoud Khalil and the Trump administration's crackdown on campus radicalism highlights the ideological war taking place in the United States and the greater West. For decades, the pro-Palestinian social justice movement in the West has called for the end of "Israeli violence." Still, since October 7, the growing pro-Palestinian consensus of Generation Z has not only aligned with ambitions for Palestinian statehood but called for the destruction of Israel as a precondition for these objectives. It is also true that young Gen Z supporters of Palestine know very little about the historical context and modern realities on the ground; they not only believe the propagated social lore and myths of colonialism and ethnic cleansing, but they do not care to investigate the conflict or understand the role Hamas has played in the plight of Palestinians. Wrongfully guided by the romantic idea of revolution and anti-capitalist ambitions, these young activists are fighting for something bigger than just the destruction of Israel. They are calling for the destruction of the West at large. The "Free Palestine" movement in the West offers no solutions for actualizing the desire for Palestinian statehood. Instead, it bandwagons on the Palestinian identity's appeal to victimhood and oppression, highlighting the deep narcissism of Western youth. While exercising their rights to freely assemble and speak on social and political issues here in America, college students simultaneously call for the very democracy affording them these rights to be destroyed and replaced with an anti-Capitalist institution, all while aligning themselves with an authoritarian jihadist regime in the Gaza Strip. American college students take their privilege for granted as they continue to perpetuate the neo-Marxist agenda entrenched in academia, cloaking these radical ideals in the name of "social justice."…

Why Mahmoud Khalil's Deportation is Legal 20:32

In today's episode, Dominique revisits President Trump's Executive Order entitled "Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and other National Security and Public Safety Threats," in light of recent news and the controversy surrounding the detainment of Mahmoud Khalil. This executive order ensures that visa holders, including student visa holders, are vetted and punished for hostile attitudes toward U.S. citizens, the U.S. government, and institutions (including American universities). Additionally, visa holders who support designated terrorists that undermine U.S. security will be found in violation of their visa requirements and could be deported. The big controversy surrounds Khalil's immigration status as a "green card" holder, which affords him more protection than a student visa holder. However, the Trump administration has argued that Khalil is still in violation of his immigration status with his leadership in pro-Hamas and pro-Hezbollah activism on Colombia's campus. He is currently being detained in an ICE detention center in Louisiana as he awaits legal proceedings next week in New York. The detainment of Khalil was followed by additional on-campus searches of two other Colombian students' homes, which might hint at a more extensive DHS investigation into the encampments and ties to terrorists in the Middle East. This detainment comes on the heels of the Trump administration canceling $400 million in federal grants to Colombia for violating its mandate to protect Jewish students following October 7th. Since October 7th, pro-Palestinian groups and Columbia campus faculty have embarked on a campaign to harass and intimate Jewish individuals. Khalil's detention is a costly message to foreign campus protestors. It is a big win for the fight to protect students across American universities, which, following October 7th, became ground zero in the cultural and political debate surrounding the Israel-Gaza war. Foreign students who are privileged to learn in America will no longer be empowered to support Hamas, a growing trend on the ideological neo-Marxist Left (common on university campuses).
