Joining us today is Manuel Amarilla , a global security advisor who will share his 30 years of experience of working in police, military, Interpol and United Nations. Manuel completed more than 40 field missions and market surveys with cross-country records in Americas, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Oceania and Europe. He is a ground operational specialist in diplomatic, corporate and travel security, crisis management, strategic-planning, and implementation of critical programs at high-risk theatres of operations. Together with Manuel, we discussed the importance of cross-cultural communication in the global security, psychological safety in the missions and how it impacts mental health and suicide rates.
