In this episode I talk to Emma Mason about how women who are senior leaders can find themselves at a crossroad in their career and what to do if this happens. Introduction Emma is a Success Coach for senior women leaders at a crossroads in their career. She helps them gain the clarity and confidence they need to decide on the next career move that's right for you so you can rewrite the narrative about what it means to be a woman with influence. As a former public servant, Emma understand the challenges of navigating a corporate career. Over 14 years she grew my career to the senior executive ranks. She was involved in large organizational change projects, managed multiple million-dollar budgets and led large teams of people through significant transformations. But despite being qualified, capable and experienced she found herself burnt out and broken, leaving a career I loved. The truth is if she knew then what she knows now she probably would have made a different decision. Emma couldn't find what she needed when she found herself at a career crossroad despite her best efforts. And so, she combined her professional expertise in organizational psychology with her experience as a senior executive leader to fill the gap.
