The Enneagram is a tool. It unveils your natural strengths, how you solve problem, and where those like you may struggle. Enneagram is about personality type, about how we are wired. and ultimately about being a healthy person. This podcast is a front door. This will get you in and familiar with yourself and your type. There are thirty episodes, but you will only need to listen to a few of them. The first section is called “typing.” Enneagram is about your personality type, and to get in, you start with your self, and finding your “type.” So click on the first episode, “What’s my type.” And your rolling. The Second Section is called “Basics” Once you know your type, you can listen to the Basics about your type. If you Type as a 4, go to Basics for Type 4. If you type as an 8, go to the basics for 8s. This is a deep dive into your strengths, how you connect with others, how you solve problems, and pitfalls you may face. The Last section is called “Steps” Once you know your type and some of the basics, we show you how to use the enneagram for the long haul.
