“That's taxpayer’s money that is going to support research and development and pilot projects to develop a food system that is based on environmental destruction and greed and disregard for animals, fish, and any of the other marine mammals that might be around it.” - Andrianna Natsoulas Andrianna Natsoulas is the campaign director for Don't Cage Our Oceans, an organization that exists to keep our oceans free from industrial fish farms. Offshore finfish farming is the mass cultivation of finfish in marine waters, in underwater or floating net pens, pods, and cages. Offshore finfish farms are factory farms that harm public health, the environment, and local communities and economies that rely on the ocean and its resources. Don’t Cage Our Oceans are a coalition of diverse organizations working together to stop the development of offshore finfish farming in the United States through federal law, policies, and coalition building. And, although it is not yet happening, right now the US Administration and Congress are promoting this kind of farming, which would be nothing short of disastrous for the oceans, the planet and the people and animals who live here. dontcageouroceans.org…

Send us a text Nothing says we covered a Mark Polonia movie like glitches during the recording that we decided not to remedy. Ignore them and just listen to us discuss our joyful viewing of 2020's Shark Encounters of the Third Kind. Aliens come to earth to take over using sharks, as well as to eliminate previous test subjects. Mark Polonia says, "Continuity is limiting." That philosophy is widely apparent in this movie. The water shots are all over the place. There's a head that looks like no one, and is obviously paper mache. We know it, and we love it. Plus, we get a reappearance of our beloved Land Shark! Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? Send us a text Welcome to the premiere of season 4! This year we begin with a very rare piece from Wings Hauser, a short-lived TV show from 1986 called The Last Precinct. The cast also includes Adam West, Keenan Wynn, Ernie Hudson, James Cromwell, and Rick Ducommun. Precinct 56 is the last precinct for these eccentric officers who are always butting heads with their superiors to keep from getting disbanded. Since this show has 8 episodes, we couldn't cover everything like we usually do. There are sight gags, onscreen jokes, and quick witted dialogue that we note because we think it gives this show some charm. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of jokes that remind you this show came out in 1986, because what was funny then is not okay now. But, hey, Wings Hauser! Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? The Last Precinct is currently available on YouTube. Send us a text Welcome to our season 3 finale! Thank you everyone for 600 downloads! For this month's episode, we talk about a dummy and his senior thesis. Oh, and there's a life-sized wooden guy, too. A group of college seniors go to a cottage for fear therapy, and discover a wooden sculpture named Morty as they face their fears. Everyone in this has serious boundary issues. Troy and Leslie's backstory is extra gross. The soundtrack is awful and much too loud. Morty is probably the best character, which isn't saying much. Watch as his "wooden" body wrinkles as he moves! Let us tell you all the illogical aspects of this movie, including a 12 hour visit to a closed Santa's Village in the spring. Sadly, we can admit, this movie is better than the sequel. Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? The Fear is available to stream on Tubi and YouTube, and to rent or buy on Amazon. Send us a text In episode 3 of last season, we covered a movie starring Duke Mitchell. If you heard it, you know we were not kind. For this month's episode, we apologize for some of that as we talk about a movie he wrote, directed, and starred in called Gone with the Pope. Paul (Duke Mitchell) is hired to do a hit, and uses the money to fund his own plan to kidnap the Pope for ransom. This movie has its issues. It gets weird and has some racist dialogue. But it was filmed in the mid-70s, so that's not too much of a surprise. What is a surprise is Duke Mitchell. He's the best actor in it. The script he wrote has a unique plot, and includes a little speech by Paul that we feel everyone needs to hear. We soak in this one solely to give Mr. Mitchell the credit he deserves. *Edit: Duke Mitchell's son is named Jeffrey, not Jerry.* Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? Gone with the Pope is available to stream on Fawesome, Plex, Pluto TV, Roku, and Tubi, and is available to purchase on Amazon. Movie image courtesy of Tubi. Send us a text This month we cover 24ish of our "experiences" with one movie, 1994's Bloodfist 6: Ground Zero. A military courier must save a nuclear launch site from terrorists. Of all the Bloodfists, we chose this one for all the things that irritate Greg. From the rabbits, to the gun use inside, to the ineptitude of the military, to the obvious copying of Die Hard, there's a lot to discuss. The tin garbage can deserves an acting credit. Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? Bloodfist 6: Ground Zero is available to stream on Amazon Prime, Shout Factory TV, tubi, and YouTube, and to rent or buy on Amazon. Send us a text Thank you to everyone for over 500 downloads! Congrats to Greg on his engagement! Thanks to anyone who watched our little film, Night of the Corpse Tub! And we have another announcement we reveal as well! In this episode, we talk about the 1980 movie The Children, and disclaimer, we mention quite often our feelings about children in general. A radioactive leak turns kids into atomic zombies. These children are much too happy while they burn their parents alive. Sheriff Billy is our favorite character. He somehow has excellent accuracy with a sword, and uses weapons on children without hesitation. We are not sorry about how much we enjoy that. Will you stay clean or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? The Children is available to stream on Peacock, Plex, and tubi, and to rent, buy, or stream on Amazon Prime. Movie image courtesy of tubi. Send us a text Welcome to our second "live" episode! You can tell by the sounds of the birds and puppies throughout the episode. It doesn't hinder us as we discuss 2022's "Night of the Zodiac", a movie that was filmed in Detroit. A man is contacted by the Zodiac to be his protege. We actually like this movie. It's bloody, funny, gross, and ridiculous. It's SOV, so it looks old, even though it isn't. It's a true homage, including cameos by Mark Polonia and Tim Ritter. It's a rare Corpse Tub experience where we honestly want you to soak with us! Check our social media for the short film we made visiting the movie sites. Greg lives close to all of them, so we couldn't help ourselves. Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? Night of the Zodiac is available to stream on tubi. Send us a text For this month's episode, we are discussing a movie we swore we'd never watch again. It's 2020's Human Zoo, or The Human Zoo, according to the movie itself. Robert Carradine plays the Producer. No one else is significant. Contestants compete for one million dollars by living in 8x8 cells on a 24/7 livestream reality show called Solitary Confinement. Our sole purpose for this episode is to keep people far away from this movie. Seriously. It's boring. It's pointless. At the end of it's gruelling 2 hours, it points at you and laughs at you for watching it. Even Carradine phones it in, seeming to read his lines for the first time during his 'big' scene. There is no reason to watch it, and we tell you why. Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? Human Zoo is available to stream on tubi. Movie image courtesy of tubi. Send us a text This month we celebrate 5 years of "experiences" together! To commemorate, we go back to almost our very beginning, the second movie we ever watched together, 2015's American Poltergeist. Five college kids move into a house with a sinister history. This movie tries to convince us Lizzie Borden was six feet tall with red hair, and that her house is now a mansion with a pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas, and a guest house. It also tries to be scary. It fails on all accounts. Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? American Poltergeist is available to stream on roku and tubi. Movie image courtesy of tubi. Send us a text This month we talk about 1972's Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things, which stars Alan Ormsby, who has writing credits that include Popcorn and Cat People, and is directed by Bob Clark, who directed Black Christmas and A Christmas Story. None of those facts help this movie. A theater group goes to an island to stay the night and raise the dead. Seriously, who signs on with a theater group who plans to raise the dead? That's the burning question through all of this, from the blood envelope to the boat sailing away. If that sentence made no sense, welcome to this movie. Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things is available to stream on PlutoTV, YouTube, AMC+, Full Moon, Plex, and to rent/buy on Amazon. Send us a text For this episode, we talk about what is probably the grossest movie we've ever seen, 1987's The Nest. Meat eating roaches attack a small fishing village. How gross is this movie? So much so that we say 'gross' approximately 33 times. You could make it a drinking game! We audibly squirm as we talk about roaches in a toilet tank, invading a diner, eating a chef, and appearing everywhere else possible. Roach Cat and Roach Dad are the only slight relief. Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? The Nest is available to stream on tubi, cwtv, and plex, and to rent or buy on Amazon. Movie image courtesy of tubi. Send us a text We did not choose the movie for this episode because it is bad. It's really not. We chose it for the zombies! From 1974, it's Let Sleeping Corpses Lie, or The Living Dead at Manchester Morgue, or Breakfast at the Manchester Morgue, depending where you find it. A couple is accused of a rash of murders by a sergeant who refuses to believe it's actually being committed by zombies. This movie has really spooky sound effects and a lot of gore. That's not the best part. It's the zombies! They use tools. They work together. They can make other zombies by touching the recently dead. They use headstones as weapons. It's glorious! Will you stay clean, or will you soak in this Corpse Tub? Let Sleeping Corpses Lie is available to stream on AMC+ and YouTube, and to buy on Amazon. Send us a text We can't deny how excited we are about this month's episode. Maybe you've heard us talk highly about our appreciation of Polonia Brothers movies, but with this episode, we get to fully gush about Mark and John Polonia's first movie, Church of the Damned! A satanic cult goes on a killing spree, and two cops try to stop them. It's Mark! It's John! It's Todd Michael Smith! It's Matthew Satterly! These teenagers got a camera and made a movie! It's gory, it's amateur, and it's poorly made. Yes. All that. We don't care, because we love Polonias, and although we critique, we do it with love. Join the Brothorhood! Send us a text Welcome to season 3! Once again, we are starting the season celebrating a work from Mr. Wings Hauser. From 1991, Beastmaster 2: Through the Portal of Time stars Marc Singer as Dar, Wings Hauser as Arklon, and has a brief appearance by Robert Z'Dar (Eric in Grotesque) as Zavic. Some screenplay credits go to Ken Hauser, an alias of Wings. Dar must travel to Earth to stop Arklon from using a neutron detonator to take over his home world, Arok. We go on a bit longer than usual in this episode, but we can't help it. We love Wings Hauser! We see a lot of what we're used to from his films, be it his hand gestures or the bits in the movie we know only he could write. There is a lot of this movie that doesn't make sense, mostly that people from an inferior world aren't really that shell-shocked by what they see in 1991 L.A. Let us tell you all about it. Send us a text After a long delay, we finally have our season finale ready, which is Trucks, from 1997. It has a few stars, but we recognize a young Brendan Fletcher, who plays Logan, from Blubberella, where he played Nathaniel. Also, the ill-fated mailman, Terence Kelly, made an appearance in American Gothic as the curiously laughing psychiatrist. Trucks become sentient and trap a group of people at a truck stop. Yes, this is from a Stephen King story. Is it Maximum Overdrive or Christine? Hard to say. It definitely copies from both, and is weirder than either. The mailman, the ax-wielding suit, and the ending are why we feel everyone must know about this movie. Mari even gets a little too loud a few times, so sorry if that is jarring.
