Are you ready to discover why building customer self-confidence is more crucial than ever in today's B2B sales landscape? Brent Adamson and Karl Schmidt join us today, the duo behind the upcoming book "The Framemaking Sale." These sales experts unravel the critical yet often overlooked aspect of buyer confidence. They shift the focus from traditional supplier-centric models to the empowering idea that true confidence comes from within the customers themselves. This perspective not only transforms how we view B2B sales, but also highlights the importance of nurturing decision confidence. Throughout our conversation, Brent and Karl introduce their innovative concept of framemaking, a strategy that aligns sales solutions with client priorities. This approach goes beyond typical sales tactics by fostering genuine, lasting relationships with clients, even when they choose competitors. Their ideas promise to shake up conventional sales methods. Topics covered during this episode include: Why buyer confidence should be supplier-agnostic and focus on customers' decision making abilities. How Brent and Karl met each other at Corporate Executive Board (now part of Gartner). Why nurturing customer decision confidence is crucial in B2B. How framemaking aligns sales solutions with client priorities to overcome decision complexity. Why the book emphasizes customer confidence over supplier trust for effective decision making. The impact of decision complexity, information overload, and outcome uncertainty. Why understanding clients' businesses deeply helps navigate obstacles and maintain deal momentum. How salespeople can anticipate and overcome potential deal barriers. Why gaining customer confidence involves addressing emotional and rational decision aspects. Listen now to learn how to revolutionize your B2B sales approach with innovative framemaking techniques that build lasting customer relationships. Look buddy this podcast isn't about anything, trust me. If I had a single thought in my head for a theme I'd run with it but instead there are too many and not enough all at once so let me fill the silence with rambling chaos about cats, science, arts and crafts, being a basic bitch, and whatever else my burnt-out-gifted-kid brain comes up with for as long as you care to waste time with me. Special thanks to my friend @jadetriv.art on instagram who composed my theme music for a podcast with no theme

My Christmas master plan is detailed out -- don't tell my boyfriend yet! I talk about trying to find where in the fuck the red plate went, books I like, caffeine, and more... oh and the podcast has a title now which it technically did before but the title happened in between recording episode 1 and episode 2 so episode 1 me did not know about the title. Anyway, I did some shoutout stuffs, here's a better go at it all: Discord link: https://discord.com/PGFcfFK5yY My social media is all RozziDoodles Alleycat: @weirdblonde29 on instagram My boyfriend: @mangocatcrafts on instagram Special thanks to Takoyaki for keeping me company in the end of recording, special not thanks to Loki for throwing up behind me while I was trying to have a good time (I still love you though)…
I attempt to introduce myself but instead talk for 30 minutes about my cats, run out of things to say frequently, and generally attempt to "trust the process" my way through podcasting, despite having no idea what I'm doing. Rating everything as explicit because I have a problem with swearing sometimes, but who doesn't really? Find me on all social media as RozziDoodles Email me at rozzidoodles@gmail.com Maybe check out my etsy if you're bored? It's also Rozzidoodles ( https://etsy.com/shop/rozzidoodles ) Theme music by the lovely @jadetriv.art on instagram…
