Obesity is one of the core problems behind many modern-day chronic illnesses. In fact, it has officially become a global epidemic. Secondly, after the Covid situation, everyone has become aware that maintaining good health and fitness is more than just popping a few pills prescribed by the doctor when you get sick. Thirdly and most importantly, I have successfully lost 25 kgs of weight over a period of a few months without applying any quick fixes. PODO technique helped me a lot. I experimented with it as I went along, figured out what worked and what didn’t.
