Courtney Coppola is the Co-Chair of Ballard Partners' Cannabis Practice Group. She was the Director of Florida's Medical Marijuana program when Florida licensed the very first regulated marijuana companies, registered more than half a million patients and enrolled thousands of certifying physicians quickly. She oversaw the transformation of Florida into one of the largest marijuana markets in the country. In this episode, she gives Adam and Justin a crash course on cannabis legislation at the federal level, and opines on the future of the cannabis industry and licensing in the state of Florida.
