A dynamic passing attack would be great, but with Jim Harbaugh you have to trust his vision and realize the addition of Roman should tremendously improve the Chargers rushing attack and offensive line. Harbaugh wants to be a team that's strong in the trenches and to build a balanced team around Justin Herbert. There is hope the Chargers can have the best of both worlds by creating an offense that plays to Herbert's strengths while making his life a little easier.
