In this podcast, Lynda asks the question, "WHY do you want to be healthy?" The answer to that question is much more important than HOW you are planning to get healthy. The reason for that is because HOW will not carry you through hard times when you don't want to work out and eat healthy. But a very detailed belief of WHY being healthy is a necessity for you can help you move through the periods of doubt and laziness. When you are crystal clear on WHY you want to live a long life with energy and enthusiasm, the HOW is much easier.
