This week I had the pleasure of sitting down to chat with James Michael Forrest, best known for hiking up all 1001 mountains in the UK and Ireland in the fastest known time, all about his misadventures along the way!

Spending so much time in the outdoors, it's likely you'll run into some tricky situations at some point, and this is very true in James' case! From being swarmed by thousands of midges wild camping a national park to being approached by a herd of stampeding cows and then getting chased by a llama down a hill.... James tells all about his experiences in this episode as well as one of his most recent challenge of hiking Coast to Coast West to East in the UK.
